Dear Ruma Tui. Caitlin is great at posting messages on the blog. I asked Caitlin if she had any good ideas to get more of you involved. She came up with the fantastic idea to have a competition. This is what you need to do. You need to post a message telling us what you have learnt so far. It could be in maths, literacy, inquiry, fitness, up to you. All entries will be in with a chance of winning a prize. Good luck.

Dear Mrs Marsh
ReplyDeleteI have learnt in our inquiry that Goodwood School has achieved a silver and a green gold award for their Enviro schools and for being a zero waste school. I am pleased that we are still trying to keep our award and trying to stay zero waste. Recycling is fun and I learnt that you could make things by using old materials to make something new!

To mrs marsh,
ReplyDeleteI have learnt that there are two types of leachate. one is good for your garden. this is made out of food and water. One is bad for the soil, this one is made of plastic and water. I know that compost is made from food scraps, paper bags and sticks and dry leaves.

Hi Tuis, well a lot of you have been busy writing comments about your learning, it is great to read them all. Caitlin, we will finish the competition on Tuesday next week when I am back in the classroom. Sorry I have been away, you have all been too generous with your germs and I got sick in too. See you soon.
